SUNDAY AM MESSAGE “Sent Out to Serve” MESSAGE TEXT Matthew 10:1-26 SUNDAY EVENING PRAYER 6:00 PM THURSDAY EVENING 6:00 PM We are going through the book of 1 Samuel; this week chapter 14 ANNOUNCEMENTS Lakeside Service: On Sunday, September 20th, our Sunday Morning service will be at the Peaks Kenny Group Shelter. Please do not let the park entrance fee prevent you from joining us. Just let the park attendant know, and the church will cover the park entrance. Ladies Bible Study: We will begin our Fall ladies Bible study on Tuesday, September 15th and will meet the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 1:00 PM (at church and via Zoom) and again at 6:30 PM (Zoom only). Our afternoon study will be followed by Moms in Prayer at 2:00 PM for those who wish to join us. Copies of the study in 1 Peter can be found on the table in the hallway. Please sign the clipboard to indicate which study you are interested in attending. See Michelle FMI. Praying for Revival: There will be a national prayer walk hosted by Franklin Graham in Washington DC at noon on Saturday, September 26th. Since this will not be possible for most to attend, there will be another prayer gathering, If My People New England MAINE EVENT, taking place on Sunday, September 27th. The main gathering will be at 6 pm at the Centerpoint Community Church at 155 W. River Rd. in Waterville; simultaneously a livestream of this event will also be taking place at the United Baptist Church in Old Town. Please see David or Michelle FMI on attending these events. Sunday Night Prayer: Join us at the Homchuck’s at 6 pm or over Zoom for prayer. Teen Youth Group: All teens are invited each Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:30 PM at the church for youth group. During the summer we are meeting at 281 Wharff Road, Guilford, if the weather is nice. For more information, see Garth or Rachel. Midweek Study: Join us for our mid-week study Thursdays at 6 PM in our classroom or live stream from our ccmainehighlands.org website. We are currently in 1 Samuel.
