Join us for our study in the book of Joel

Potluck Lunch:  Bring something to share and join us today after the morning service for a meal and time of fellowship.  There will be a brief meeting for servants following the meal.

Fall Women’s Ministry Schedule:  Please pick up a copy of the schedule on the resource table.  Our next ladies breakfast will be Saturday, November 9th at 8:00 AM.

Mom’s-In-Prayer:  We will be meeting regularly on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays each month from 6:00 to 8:00 PM with prayer starting promptly at 6:15 PM (until 7:15).  All MIP meetings will normally be at the home of BettyAnn Homchuck.

Ladies’ Ephesians Study:  We will be meeting the second and fourth Tuesdays each month from noon to 1:00 PM.

Bring in your old eyeglasses: If you have old eyeglassses you don’t need bring them to church and they will be given to EPI ministry to re-distribute on a missions trip.  Thank you!

Thanksgiving Meals:  We will begin collecting food items for Thanksgiving meals to be given to families within our church that may need a little extra help this year.  Bring any non-perishable food items (especially Thanksgiving items) and place them in the food box.  If you would like to purchase a turkey for a family, make a financial donation to CCMH and earmark it “Thanksgiving Turkeys” and we will purchase them or you can buy one to put in the church freezer. Thank you!

Children’s Music Program for Christmas Sunday:  If your child will be singing in the children’s program Christmas Sunday (Dec. 22) we will be practicing Sunday mornings at 9 a.m. before the morning service.  See Kellie Reardon for more information.

Sunday Children’s Ministry:  We now offer two Sunday School classes for children ages 4 to 7 and ages 8 to 12.  Don’t forget to sign your child(ren) in before church.  The sign-in form is located on the resource table.  Both groups will be dismissed to their classes after worship.  Nursery is available for infants through age 3 during the entire service.  Please pick up your children from Sunday School/Nursery as soon as possible after the service so teachers can begin cleaning up their classrooms.  Thank You!

Minimizing Distractions: To the extent possible, please stay seated once the teaching begins; and please turn off or silence all communication devices.

Free Will Offerings:  We do not pass an offering plate during our services, but encourage all who attend regularly “whose hearts are stirred and everyone whose spirit is willing” to place your offerings in the walnut box on the back table. (Exodus 35:21; Malachi 3:10)
