2019 Summer Family Retreat: July 11-15 at Peaks-Kenny State Park.  Please note that our Sunday AM service will be at the park’s group shelter by the beach on July 14th at 9:30.  A schedule of events including baptisms on the afternoon of the 14th is available on the back table. See Pastor Dave if you’re interested in being baptized!  Also note for daytime visitors: there is a fee to enter the park; however, if the fee is a financial hardship, the church will cover the entrance fee on Sunday if you arrive before 10 AM.


People’s Veto Signature Gathering Training for Bangor Area:  Tomorrow, Monday, July 8th, there will be a volunteer training for those who will be gathering signatures to reverse Tax-Funded Abortions (LD 820) and Physician-Assisted Suicide (LD 1313). The training will take place at House 24/7 Church (Bangor Mall, 633 Stillwater Ave., Bangor) from 6-8 PM.  The closest parking for House 24/7 is between JCPenney and Furniture Mattress And More. Email Mike McClellan at policy@cclmaine.org to RSVP for this essential volunteer training. We have less than 90 days to gather over 80,000 signatures. 


Vacation Bible School: Join us for VBS August 5th-9th from 9:00 AM - Noon.  There is still time for anyone to sign-up and help serve the kids of our community - see Tami S. 207-478-7581


Men’s Breakfast:  Join us the third Saturday each month at 7:30 AM.

Moms in Prayer group:  MIP will still meet in Milo through the summer on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays from 2:30 to 3:30 PM in Milo Contact Tami S. @ 207-478-7581 


Children’s Ministry Servants Needed: We can still use more help! If you have a heart for kids and can commit to 1 Sunday per month? Grab a ministry application in the hall, and talk to Tami S.  (12yo - Adult)


Teen Youth Group:  All teens are invited each Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the church for youth group.  For more information, see Rachel 


Young Women’s Study: All Saturdays at 10:15 AM @ Center Coffee House. Ages 12 to 15. See Alaina Reardon for more information.


Children’s Ministry Snacks: Donations of foods such as popcorn, graham crackers, and animal crackers are always appreciated.

The Cure from Addiction Meetings: Will meet weekly on Tuesday evenings from 6:00-7:00 PM.


Calvary Highlanders:  The Calvary Highlanders (Royal Rangers) meets Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:30 PM.  This program is for boys in grades K-12. If you would like to help sponsor a Calvary Highlander please see Andy Torbett.  Please prayerfully consider sponsoring a participant; snacks for Thursday evening meetings are always welcome, as well!

Sunday Children’s Ministry:  We offer two children’s Bible classes designed for ages 4-7 and ages 8-11.  Don’t forget to sign them in before 9:30.  Children who are signed-in will be dismissed to their classes from the sanctuary.  Nursery drop-off is available in the Nursery starting at 9:15 am, for infants ─ 3 years old.  ***Please - Sign out your children from Class / Nursery as soon as possible after the service, for the respect of the servants’ time.***  Questions? Pleasant Meadows Ministry: Please join us as at 12:30 PM on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month as we lead a service at Pleasant Meadows.


Minimizing Distractions: To the extent possible, please stay seated once the teaching begins; and please turn off or silence all communication devices.  Coffee and snacks will no longer be available during the service.


Free Will Offerings:  We do not pass an offering plate during our services, but encourage all who attend regularly “whose hearts are stirred and everyone whose spirit is willing” to place your tithes and offerings in the walnut box on the back table. (Exodus 35:21; Malachi 3:10)

We Believe

The Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God and inerrant in the original writings.


That there is one God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Ghost.


In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless blood, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and His personal return in power and glory.


That the lost and sinful man must be saved, and that man's only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
