Due to space constraints, this time of fellowship is for adults. Kiddos will have a time to gather and celebrate with a Sunday School Christmas party on December 13th. Also plan ahead to join us on New Year’s Eve at CCMH for a night of family gaming, food and fellowship. Another Opportunity to Support OCC: The Johnston Christmas Tree Farm (1300 State Hwy 150 in Parkman, 207-277-5251) has donated Christmas trees to support OCC. Calvary Chapel will collect suggested donations of $20 to $25 (checks made out to Samaritan’s Purse with “OCC” in memo or cash in envelope marked “OCC”). The church will provide you a voucher to take to the tree farm where you’ll be invited to choose your tree. 100% of the funds from your donations will go to support Operation Christmas Child. Ladies’ Bible Study: 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at noon in December only. We’ll be studying the Book of Esther with David Jeremiah. There will be no Bible Study or MIPI groups meeting Dec. 8th, 22nd & 29th.
Moms in Prayer International Christmas Dinner & Prayer Time: All ladies are welcome (even if you do not currently attend a MIPI group) on Tuesday, December 15th at 5:00 PM at the Homchuck’s (294 Wharff Rd., Guilford) Please see Michelle if you are coming and let us know if you can make a dish (717-4922). Good News Club Christmas Across America Christmas Party: Our Good News Club at SeDoMoCha will be having a Christmas party here at CCMH on Monday, December 14th from 3 to 5:30 PM. All children are welcome to join us (even if they do not attend SeDoMoCha). Please pray for this ministry, and consider making an offering to help support this effort (“Good News” in the check memo). We will be providing pizza and snacks for this event; if you would like to help, see Michelle. Christmas Eve Service: Join us at 6:00 PM on Christmas Eve here at CCMH for a time of worship and a candlelight service. Weekly Home Fellowship and Bible Studies: Home Bible study meets in Levant the 1st and 3rd Fridays at 6:00 PM. Please contact Greg or Dominique Raychard at 207-671-8429 for directions. Ray and Betty Beless host a weekly Bible Study every Tuesday night at 6:30 PM in their home on Mayo Street. Please call 207-564-3459. Sunday Evening Prayer Time: 6:00 PM at the home of Betty Ann Homchuck Sunday Children’s Ministry: We offer two Sunday school classes for children ages 4 to 7 and ages 8 to 12. Don’t forget to sign your child(ren) in before church. The sign-in form is located on the resource table. Both groups will be dismissed to their classes after worship. Nursery is available for infants through age 3 during the entire service. Please pick up your children from Sunday School/Nursery as soon as possible after the service so teachers can begin cleaning up their classrooms. Nursery: For the safety of our children, we ask that only parents with children in nursery or the 4-7 year old class and nursery workers enter the nursery area. Other children will no longer be allowed to play in the nursery area before & after church. Thank you for your cooperation. Pleasant Meadows Ministry: Please join us as at 12:30 PM on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month as we lead a service at Pleasant Meadows. Minimizing Distractions: To the extent possible, please stay seated once the teaching begins; and please turn off or silence all communication devices. Free Will Offerings: We do not pass an offering plate during our services, but encourage all who attend regularly “whose hearts are stirred and everyone whose spirit is willing” to place your offerings in the walnut box on the back table. (Exodus 35:21; Malachi 3:10) Thank You! Thanks to those who have helped so far by bringing in coffee, children’s snacks, or paper products. These are a great help to the church!
