If you go to either restaurant, mention First Step Pregnancy Resource Center and 20% of your bill will be donated to us! Please tell your friends, and help us promote this fund-raising event. Care Package: We will be sending a birthday care package to Greg Raychard who is currently serving in Kuwait. Next week will be your last week to bring things to send. Birthday greetings, Twizzlers candy, beef jerky, etc. would be greatly appreciated. F.A. International Student Outreach: There will be a planning & prayer meeting Sunday, September 30th at 1:00 PM at the Abbot Evangelical Free church. Several area churches will be joining together to seek the Lord about reaching out to the International students at Foxcroft Academy. Welcome packages including our church information have already been distributed to the students. New Ladies’ Ministry Opportunities: Beginning in October, two Tuesdays per month there will be a study through Ephesians from 12:00 - 1:00 PM at Morton Avenue. See Tami Ogden if you would like to buy a study book. Please refer to the Ladies’ Ministry flyer (on resource table) for all upcoming events. Our first evening study will be this Tuesday, September 18th at 6 PM at Sally Landry’s home. Sunday Children’s Ministry: 0-3 years of age will be in the nursery, and 4-9 year olds will be dismissed for Sunday school after worship. Ages 10 and up will remain in the service until further notice. Also, Donations of snacks and craft materials for the children’s ministry are greatly appreciated. Now is a great time to pick up these items with back-to-school sales. Family Breakfast & Church Cleanup: On Saturday, September 29th, gather with us for a potluck breakfast at 8:00 AM followed by a time dedicated to cleaning and organizing our space from 9:00 - 11:00 AM. Please see the resource table for a list of things we will be cleaning/repairing, and let us know if you can help. If you can watch the little ones in the gym so others can clean, please let Michelle know. Fall Family Fun Night: Mark your calendars for Sunday, October 7th at 4:30 PM at the Homchuck residence (294 Wharff Road, Guilford). Please plan to attend and invite a friend! We will have games and a potluck dinner.
