If you want to register to vote by this means, the cut-off date is Tuesday, October 12, 2010, for the General Election, with no cut-off date for registering to vote in person at your town office. Ladies’ Breakfast & Swap: Saturday, October 16, at 8:30 a.m. Please bring something to share for breakfast, as well as any gently used items (clothing, jewelry, kitchen items, bedding, decorations, accessories, etc.) for which you no longer have a use to swap for those that you may find more useful. Have fun, be creative, and don't forget to bring a friend! Youth Group: Will begin meeting at 6 p.m. on Sunday nights during our evening service beginning on October 17. Redeeming Our Treasures Conference: This conference on finding joy in the shadows of an abusive past is for men and women and will be held Saturday, October 23, 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Charleston Church of the Open Bible. There is no charge, and morning coffee break and lunch are included. Two evening sessions are also available on Friday, 6 - 8 p.m. and Saturday, 6 - 8 p.m., at the Mayo Hospital in the Sebec Room.
