Pleasant Meadows Ministry: Join us at 12:30 today as we minister at Pleasant Meadows.

NO Easter Dinner: On April 5. INSTEAD, on April 9 beginning at 5 p.m., we will be having a Passover meal tying the Passover to Christ as the Passover Lamb. This will be a lengthy meal as we focus on each part of the meal and tie in Scripture. Michelle will provide a list of traditional Passover dishes and will try to find some recipes for us to make. There will be a sign-up sheet next week.

Next Marriage Enrichment Session: Friday, April 10, at 6:30 p.m. at Morton. (These sessions will be held the second Friday of every month.)

New Ladies’ Bible Study: When we meet next on April 14, Michelle will be showing us some ways to study our Bible using the inductive study method and some of the resources that will be helpful. After that, we will begin studying James (hopefully a chapter each week).

2009 Ministry Conference: April 16 & 17 (for men and women 18 years old and up) at Calvary Chapel of Boston. 2009 Men’s Retreat at Calvary Chapel of Boston April 17 & 18 (boys in grades 9-12 are welcome, but must be accompanied by fathers). Speakers for both events are Pastors Don McClure, Pancho Juarez, and Ken Graves. Cost for both events is $35 each. Registration ends April 5. See Pastor Dave for details.

Outreach Concert: On Sunday, April 26, at 6 p.m., at the Assemblies of God church in Dover-Foxcroft. This is especially for young people, but all will enjoy this free outreach concert put on by the group Unspoken, which has performed with Third Day, Toby Mac, and a number of other well known artists.

Next Ladies’ Event: Saturday, May 2, at 8 a.m., at Morton Avenue. Laurie Murphy will be sharing her skills in landscaping and showing us how to make potted flower arrangements for outdoors. We will need to bring our own pots. Laurie will provide the soil and plants and bring in a sample of pot sizes and how much they would cost to fill. There will be a sign-up sheet as we get closer to the date.

Calvary Chapel Central Maine’s Women’s Retreat: May 21 - 23, 2009, in Northport at Point Lookout. Speaker will be Debbi Bryson with special musical guest Sherri Youngward. Registrations will hopefully be available next week.

Camping Trip Registration Fees: If you still have camping trip money to turn in, please try to give this to Erin as soon as possible. Thank you.

Troop Packages: There is a list on the back table of items needed by our troops, as well as a box in which you can place your donated items. We will be collecting these items and sending out packages on a quarterly basis. If you have any questions, please see Tracy or Nan.

Ride Ministry: We are now offering a ride ministry for church services for those with no vehicle, or for those experiencing vehicle troubles. If you or someone you know would benefit from this, please see Kevin Bowden.

Prayer Chain: The Prayer Chain is in place for urgent needs. If you or someone you know needs prayer, contact David and Michelle Homchuck at 564-9058.
