Tonight: Bible Study (Psalm 28) & Prayer

Thursday Night:
Bible Study in the Book of Jeremiah

Food Cupboard: If anyone has any extra veggies in their gardens yet and wants to bless others, the food cupboard for the Dover-Foxcroft area is at the old Town Office building on East Main Street.  The food can be dropped off Wednesday night through Thursday afternoon for distribution on Thursday.  Just leave your donation inside the front entrance of the building if no one is there.  Distribution occurs every Thursday.

Trained to Serve Discipleship Training:
Continues Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Morton, with this week’s session being on the Holy Ghost.  All are welcome.  Please see Pastor Dave for more information.

Marriage Enrichment Sessions:
Postponed for the summer.

Men’s Prayer Breakfast:
7 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, at Morton.  Please invite someone to attend, and bring a breakfast item to share.

Youth Group Christmas in July:
During the month of July, the youth group will be putting together Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. If anyone is interested in making a financial contribution or a donation of items, please see Kevin or Lisa Bowden as soon as possible.

Dover-Foxcroft Homecoming:
If you are interested in being in the parade and/or helping with the booth on August 1, please see David or Michelle.  We are also accepting donations for small toys or candy to throw out at the parade.  There is also a need for face paints, bubbles, and big bubble wands/toys.  Any other ideas for ministering to the kids would be welcome.  We will be having a time of prayer and fasting the week leading up to Homecoming (more on this to follow).

Kenya Missionaries:
Two couples from Calvary Chapel Central Maine will be joining us on August 2.  They will be sharing with us how the Lord has led them to move to Kenya with their families to do missions work.  There will be a cook-out after church.  Please bring food for the grill and to share.

Youth Camping Trip:
August 13-15th.  This year's  trip will include a visit to Fort Knox in Bucksport. The entire cost of the trip will be $20 per child.  There are sign-up sheets on the back table.  Please see Kevin or Lisa if you have any questions.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you can donate or lend for the trip the following:  walkie-talkies for youth leaders to use while in the Fort; 12 old "tire-swing" type tires; long rope; fabric pens, etc, for decorating flags; camouflage face paint.  We are also looking for food donations (please see Nan or Tracy, who have Youth Retreat cooking duty).

Youth Group Fundraising: We are still collecting bottles and cans to fund future events.

Troop Packages:
There is a list on the back table of items needed by our troops, as well as a box in which you can place your donated items.  We will be collecting these items and sending out packages on a quarterly basis.  If you have any questions, please see Tracy or Nan Redmond.

Ride Ministry:
We are now offering a ride ministry for church services for those with no vehicle, or for those experiencing vehicle troubles.  If you or someone you know would benefit from this, please see Kevin Bowden.
