Sunday Morning Service, July 25: Will be at Peaks-Kenny State Park on the far left side of the beach at 9:30 a.m. All non-campers arriving between 8 and 10 a.m. can register at the guard shack near the park entrance and will not need to pay an entrance fee. There will be no evening service on this date. Christmas in July: During the month of July, we are encouraging everyone to put together one or more Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. Troop Package Suggestions: Heart-warming or funny DVD movies; books; assorted candy - must be WRAPPED in unopened packages – PLEASE! No Chocolate Candy! - The weather is too hot [120° F] and chocolate will melt!); instant powdered drink mixes (Gatorade, Tang, Crystal Light, Zingers, Lemonade & Iced Tea are good choices); toiletries: skin care products, sunscreen, chapstick, Visine, hand sanitizers, baby wipes, deodorant, razors, shave gel & dental care products; cookies (non-chocolate only).
