Important Reminders Regarding the 2011 Summer Family Retreat (July 21-25):

Next week’s Sunday-morning service is at 9:00 AM at the Peaks-Kenny State Park group shelter on the beach.  Please do not let the cost of park entrance prohibit you from attending--let the park attendant know you would like to sign in under Calvary Chapel.

There will be an opportunity for baptisms on Friday, July 22nd at 3:00 PM.  See Pastor Dave for more information.

There will be a church picnic at the Peaks-Kenny beach on Saturday, July 23 at noon.  There’s a sign up for food contributions on the snack table.  If you are not camping, please remember to arrive early as the park fills up quickly on Saturdays.

The regularly-scheduled Thursday-evening service on July 21st and Sunday-evening service on July 24th are cancelled.  Make a point to visit us at the campgrounds.  You may register as a visitor to either David & Erin’s site (12) or David & Michelle’s site (13).

A BURDEN FOR PRAYER
“May God give us hearts that bleed, eyes that are wide open to see, minds that are clear to interpret God’s purpose, wills that are obedient, and a determination that is utterly unflinching as we set about the tasks He would have us to do.”

WEEKLY
Minimizing Distractions: To the extent possible, please stay seated once the teaching begins; and please turn off or silence all communication devices.

Tithes & Offerings:  We do not pass an offering plate during our services, but encourage all who attend regularly “whose hearts are stirred and everyone whose spirit is willing” to place your offerings in the dark walnut box on the back table. (Exodus 35:21; Malachi 3:10)
