ANNOUNCEMENTS

New Year’s Eve Gathering & Game Night:  Monday, December 31st at 6:00 PM at Morton Avenue.  We will play board games, basketball etc. in the gym and watch the latest Tim Hawkins video.  Please bring snack foods to share.  There will be no evening service on Sunday, December 30th.

Next Ladies Breakfast:  Saturday, January 12th from 8:00 - 10:00 AM

Ladies Winter Retreat!  February 15th-16th (Friday & Saturday) at the French family cottage in Ripley.  The cost is $10 per person.  Register ASAP as space is limited to 18 overnight.  See Michelle for more information.  See Brenda Avery to register.

Gospel For Asia Christmas Gift:  We will be collecting financial gifts toward a “Jesus Well”.  There are envelopes available on the offering box table for your donations which can be placed in the offering box.  We will plan to present this gift when we reach our goal of $1000.  Thank you for your generosity!  Checks should be made out to Calvary Chapel.

Sunday Children’s Ministry:  Starting this week, we will be offering two Sunday School classes for children ages 4 to 7 and ages 8 to 12.  Don’t forget to sign your child(ren) in before church.  The sign-in form is located on the resource table.  Both groups will be dismissed to their classes after worship.  Please come to the classroom after church as children will not be released from Sunday School until signed out.  Nursery is available for infants through age 3 during the entire service.

ISO (International Student Outreach) Meeting:  January 4th from 6:00-7:00 PM at the home of Jay & Dottie Brennan.  They will be discussing hosting students during February and April vacations.  All are welcome to attend meeting.  See Michelle for information.

Bad Weather Cancellations:  Should any Calvary Chapel Maine Highlands service or event be cancelled, an announcement of the cancellation will be broadcast on WJCX 99.5 FM and WLBZ-TV (Channel 2 in most areas).  The cancellation announcement will also be posted to the church homepage and church Twitter account:
