Tithes and Offerings:  We do not pass an offering plate during our services, but encourage all who attend regularly “whose hearts are stirred and everyone whose spirit is willing” to place your offerings in the dark walnut box on the back table. (Exodus 35:21; Malachi 3:10)


Pleasant Meadows Outreach: Please join us as we minister today at 12:30 p.m. at Pleasant Meadows Assisted Living.

Men: This Wednesday night "Armed and Dangerous" will meet at 6 p.m.

Prayer Meeting: All are welcome to join us for open prayer at Morton on Wednesday, August 18, at 6 p.m.

Youth Group: Begins again on Friday, August 27, at 6 p.m. at Morton, for 7th to 12th graders.

No Saturday Men's Breakfast August 28th:  Men, join us at the Men's Conference at Calvary Orrington.

Troop Package Suggestions:  Heart-warming or funny DVD movies; books; assorted candy - must be WRAPPED in unopened packages – PLEASE! No Chocolate Candy! - The weather is too hot [120° F] and chocolate will melt!); instant powdered drink mixes (Gatorade, Tang, Crystal Light, Zingers, Lemonade & Iced Tea are good choices); toiletries: skin care products, sunscreen, chapstick, Visine, hand sanitizers, baby wipes, deodorant, razors, shave gel & dental care products; cookies (non-chocolate only).  There is also a list in the classroom for anyone wanting more ideas.  Please see Tracy or Nan Redmond with any questions.
